The University of Miami Race & Social Justice Law Review is an academic journal that publishes submitted articles and student notes and comments on legal issues arising in any field related to legal, social, economic, and psychological issues that affect communities of color, as well as other groups affected by social injustice. The University of Miami Race & Social Justice Law Review is currently available on LEXIS, Westlaw, and Hein Online (ISSN: 2374-2909).
The University of Miami Race & Social Justice Law Review invites submissions that conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (22nd ed. 2025). Submissions should utilize footnotes instead of endnotes, 12-point Times New Roman font, and be at least twenty-five pages. Additionally, submissions should be double-spaced and accompanied by a résumé and an abstract for the article. All submissions should be submitted electronically to rsjlr@law.miami.edu
