Krystell Fienco is a 2L at the University of Miami School of Law and a junior editor for the Race and Social Justice Law Review. She attended the University of Florida where she majored in Criminology and Psychology and obtained a minor in Computer and Information Science Engineering. Krystell recently took a course in Digital Assets and Blockchain Technology which further sparked her interest in the intersection of criminal law and technology. She is currently exploring her interest in white collar crime through courses such as International Anti-Corruption Law and Practice which focuses heavily on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Krystell is interested in learning more about how corporations, government officials, and individuals can be held accountable for acts, such as fraud, that harm the community.
