Kristina is a 2L who is grateful to have interned at the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County this past summer, serving folks directly affected by SB1718. For example, she helped day laborers understand their rights and protections, helped folks obtain community IDs, and facilitated designation of power of attorney for minor children whose parents were concerned they may be deported.
