Akshay is from Long Island, New York. He is currently a 2L at the University of Miami School of Law. Akshay completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Miami in 2022, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. Last summer between his 1L and 2L years, Akshay worked at Crary Buchanan where he spent the majority of his time with the Construction and Real Estate sectors of the practice.
